The room was fairly quiet with no more road noise than would be expected from a hotel near a highway. That shows tolerance of "different" personal styles. We liked that many of the staff have visible body decoration (piercings and tats). Check-in and checkout were quick and painless. There was much that was good here and very little to nitpick. Thank you to Melissa and the whole TowneSuites team for your kindness during our recent stay, and we will be back for Easter!… There is also complimentary breakfast and a well-stocked area with sundries for purchase. The rooms are spotless with cute little touches, and there is everything you could need for a personal or business stay (smart TV with key apps loaded, well-stocked kitchenette, nice shower and bath products, etc.). As far as the actual property, it’s top notch for the price point. I got stomach flu and the gentleman at the front desk (my husband didn’t get his name) and Melissa, the Manager, could not have been nicer or more accommodating with the variety of issues that came up until I felt well enough for us to hit the road again. This is always true, but was particularly apparent on our recent trip over Christmas. The front desk staff are so kind and welcoming they care and actually want you to enjoy your stay. The TowneSuites is the nicest property in the area, but it’s really the hospitality that sets it apart. My husband’s parents live in this area and we visit 2-3 times a year.
